Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and tools to the Technology Services organization. You will develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau Next, and Airtable to support field service efficiency and labor planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, or analytics.
• 8+ years in business operations, analytics, or workforce planning.
• 3+ years in people leadership managing professional teams.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Airtable, Tableau Next, and Microsoft tools.
• Proven ability to build reporting tools and leadership dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support and planning.
• Own the operational enablement strategy leveraging reporting and performance tools.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity strategy, and labor optimization initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to plan growth and resource investments.
