Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and tools that optimize field service and labor planning.

You will drive reporting on Power BI, Airtable, and Tableau Next, translating complex data into actionable strategies and partnering with senior leaders to improve efficiency, cost per EGM, and scalable growth across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, analytics, or field service operations, including cross-functional initiatives.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing professional-level teams and driving operational results.
Strong working understanding of Microsoft tools, Airtable, Power BI, and Tableau Next.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support, including Business Analysts, while driving planning, performance management, and efficiency initiatives.
Own the operational enablement strategy for Technology Services, using reporting, planning, and performance tools to boost productivity and scalability.
Oversee workforce planning, capacity strategy, labor optimization, and resource planning to support growth and efficiency.
Partner with senior leadership to contribute to growth planning, investments, and operational priorities.
Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
Accountable for performance outcomes through workforce, cost efficiency, and scalable programs.
Own department-level strategy and performance for Technology Services with accountability for productivity and growth.
