Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts and deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and tools for the Technology Services organization. You will own the enablement strategy, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity, scalability, and cost efficiency across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
8+ years in business operations, analytics, or workforce planning.
3+ years of people leadership.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Airtable, Tableau Next.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support.
Own the operational enablement strategy for Technology Services.
Lead workforce planning, capacity strategy, labor optimization, and resource planning.
Partner with senior leadership on growth planning and investments.
Drive cross-functional operational excellence initiatives.
Be accountable for productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.
