Zusammenfassung

KeyBank is seeking a Transmissions Onboarding Analyst Lead to partner with clients on onboarding payment transmissions and to integrate client ERP systems with the bank’s infrastructure. You will work with Commercial Product Management to design scalable payment and reporting flows, and you’ll collaborate with Sales, IT, Security, and external vendors to deliver successful integrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking/financial services
• Experience with file transfer as an integration method (batch processing & file transfer)
• Proficiency in APIs, secure file transfer protocols (SFTP) and other integration technologies

• Client Integration: understand ERP systems and design integrations with bank payment and information reporting services
• Deliver Technical Expertise: advise on payment solutions and build scalable client solutions
• Requirement Building: lead analysis, design specifications, and obtain stakeholder alignment while adhering to standards
• Project Management: manage end-to-end integration projects with milestones and updates
• Communication & Collaboration: act as primary client contact and coordinate with IT, security, product development, and vendors
• Stay updated with industry trends and payment ecosystem evolution to support business goals
