Lyft is seeking an Operations Associate for our Flexdrive operations in Philadelphia to support Express Drive rentals from start to finish. You will assist customers at the Flexdrive hub, prepare vehicles for Lyft drivers and help manage fleet logistics on site.

The role emphasizes in-person customer service, teamwork, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset within a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience such as retail, hospitality or tech support.
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia area.
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the car rental process, including Express Drive support and check-in.
• Prepare rental vehicles for Lyft drivers (fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, inspections).
• Manage vehicle lot, transportation, and daily rental operations.
• Flag issues and coordinate with the Operations Lead and partners.
