Pilot is seeking a data-driven individual to own work orchestration, KPI reporting, and forecasting for a fast-growing customer operations function in San Francisco. You will build systems and models, automate processes, and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes expert Excel/Sheets, SQL, analytics tools, and AI tooling, with responsibility for billing accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid in-office setting.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in business operations, analytics, or finance in a startup or tech-forward setting.
• Experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource planning is a strong plus.
• Fluent data fluency and comfort with automation tools to replace manual work.

Mansioni

• Own work orchestration systems and processes across the organization.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting for real-time leadership visibility.
• Develop forecasting models for staffing and capacity against demand.
