Cerbo OptiMantra in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. You will translate operational activity into actionable financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive profitability.

This hands-on role emphasizes data integrity, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment backed by private equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Revenue Ops, or related analytical role.
• Ability to connect operational performance to financial results.
• Experience documenting SOPs and driving process improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience managing or optimizing financial platforms and data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with drivers and scenarios.
• Build and maintain financial models and variance analyses.
• Report on operational and financial performance for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support and others to align on goals.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and automate reporting to reduce manual work.
• Ensure data integrity across Jira, Zendesk, CRM, and finance systems.
