Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Opportunity Center, ensuring service delivery and scheduling meets participant needs.
• Lead and develop staff; hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate class schedules, workshops, and events to optimize resource use.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to support services.
• Foster a welcoming, accessible, and culturally competent environment for participants.
