Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a Work Experience Coordinator to develop and oversee work experience opportunities for participants in our Human Services programs. You will serve as the primary liaison between program staff and employer partners to create learning experiences that boost skills, readiness, and employment outcomes.

Working under the Director of Business Engagement, you will cultivate employer and community partnerships, align activities with goals, and ensure high-quality collaborations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree AND 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree AND 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with employers and training sites.
• Develop strategies to expand work experience placements across industries.
• Conduct employer outreach, presentations, and networking activities.
• Monitor labor market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and placement.
• Coordinate and oversee work experience opportunities across programs.
