Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Service Consultant to connect clients with Goodwill programs and community resources. Working with the Welcome Center team, you will conduct intake, help develop goals, refer to services, and monitor progress while traveling to agency locations as needed.

This regular, full-time position in Pittsburgh requires a valid driver's license and involves travel within Goodwill SWPA territories.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's in a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's in a related field.
• Experience working with at-risk or vulnerable populations.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Service Consultation: assist with inquiries and connect clients to services and resources.
• Client Support: collect intake information, help enroll, and explore eligibility.
• Service Planning: develop and oversee comprehensive service plans with internal and external providers.
• Relationship Management: maintain knowledge of local services and partner relationships.
• Policies and Standards: follow regulatory guidelines and collect data for evaluation.

Skills
