Qualifikationen

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinic operations in substance abuse.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff.
• Evaluate, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel.
• Direct clinic personnel and relay corporate mandates.
• Ensure performance goals through regular supervision.
• Maintain compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies.
• Develop relationships to drive census growth and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and react to performance data.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Compliance, and QA/QI activities.
• Familiarize with OTP laws and CARF/JCAHO standards.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals.
• Provide training and clinic resources as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, staff, and company.
