Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking a results-oriented Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead an Opiate Treatment Program. You will oversee clinical and administrative operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance and census growth in a dynamic outpatient setting.

The role requires experience in clinical administration, HIPAA/CARF/JCAHO familiarity, and strong leadership to coordinate nurses, counselors, and support staff toward high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven leadership of clinical program operations.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and CARF/JCAHO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
