Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY seeks a Clinical Manager for the Division of Services for Addiction to coordinate the Opioid Treatment Program and ensure smooth operation in line with federal, state, and local standards.

You will supervise counseling staff, assist with admissions, billing reviews, and policy development. The Site Director is assisted, and at Port Morris the role covers 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m. during the site shift.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Social Work/Mental Health field preferred.
• QHP certification is a plus.
• Experience supervising staff and managing clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Opioid Treatment Program operations and staffing.
• Review admissions, documentation, and billing to ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce clinical policies and staff training.
• Coordinate data reporting to OASAS and monitor quality indicators.
