The Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx seeks a Clinical Manager for the Division of Services for Addiction to supervise the Melrose Wellness Center counseling staff. You will develop clinical programs, policies and accountability systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding and evaluating the clinical team.

You will lead quality improvement efforts, coordinate case conferences, and maintain documentation, training and on-site clinical operations to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling required.
• New York State license as LCSW, LMHC, or PhD in Psychology required.
• Three years of experience with Substance Use Disorders required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff and develop programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for clinical components.
• Attend interdisciplinary case conferences and participate in CQI activities.
• Monitor documentation timeliness and quality; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate graduate internships and staff training at the clinic level.
