BAART Programs in California is seeking an accountable, process‑oriented leader to run our Opiate Treatment Program. The Clinic Director will guide a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff to ensure high‑quality patient care and compliant daily operations.

You will manage budgeted results, supervise staff, and implement regulatory standards (SAMHSA, DEA, HIPAA) while monitoring KPIs and driving census growth with a patient‑centered approach.

Competenze

• Experience administering a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, CARF/JCAHO or similar standards.
• Proven leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and regulatory filings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interviews, hires and trains clinic staff.
• Evaluates, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel.
• Provides direction to clinic staff and relays corporate goals to field personnel.
• Works closely with staff to ensure performance goals are met.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA) and manages filings.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and drives operational efficiencies.
• Assists with partnerships and census growth initiatives.
• Develops and reports on KPIs for clinic measures and responds accordingly.
