Job summary

BAART Programs in Vermont is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program, overseeing a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff while ensuring daily operations and performance.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, budgeting, hiring and training responsibilities, and a focus on quality patient care within an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience managing clinical program operations and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, and federal/state CARF/JCAHO standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Hire, train and supervise clinic staff.
• Develop and monitor KPI reports for clinic performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Drive census growth and partnerships to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals.
