Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic. The role oversees a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining daily operations and clinic performance.

You will work with the Medical Director and Compliance teams to meet federal, state and local requirements, drive census growth, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation & performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, training of clinic staff.
• Evaluates, manages, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel.
• Provides direction to clinic personnel and relays corporate mandates and goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Develops reports on key performance indicators of clinic measures.
