Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on veterinary technician experience providing direct patient care.
• Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience within a veterinary hospital.
• Advanced veterinary technical and anesthesia monitoring skills.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and medical protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and guidance to veterinary support staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct coaching conversations, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
