Job summary

Eye Care for Animals Tampa is seeking a Practice Leader to guide a team of professionals dedicated to excellent patient and client care. The role blends veterinary technician work (70%) with practice leadership (30%), focusing on culture, efficiency, and service excellence.

The PL will oversee budgets, KPIs, inventory, and safety procedures, while leading staff across all levels and promoting CQI to achieve the hospital's vision.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of veterinary technician/assistant experience required.
• Leadership experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Proficient budgeting and financial reporting, including reading and analyzing a P&L statement.

Responsibilities
