Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Allied Health Ophthalmology Tech for a 13-week day-shift assignment across multiple clinics.

Position requires 5+ years of experience, BLS, COA, MA-R certification, and a willingness to apply for Medical Assistant Registration. You will perform basic eye exams, assist ophthalmologists during exams and surgeries, and participate in intravitreal injections and intraocular pressure measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult outpatient clinic settings.
• Proficient in basic eye exams and various ophthalmic procedures.
• Ability to assist ophthalmologists during examinations and surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining and recording medical history and visual acuity.
• Labeling medications and specimens, cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with ophthalmic injections and measurements.
