AHN System Chair, Department of Ophthalmology at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh seeks a physician leader with ophthalmology expertise to guide a growing program focused on clinical and translational research and exceptional patient care.

The Chair will develop strategy, uphold standards of care, oversee research, and mentor staff while advancing resident and fellowship training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Pennsylvania license to practice.
• Board-certified in ophthalmology and completed ACGME ophthalmology residency.
• Active PA license prior to employment; strong clinical judgment and communication.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work in a multidisciplinary team.
