The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize urgent requests. This on-site position involves working with front desk staff and may require assisting call center as needed.

Qualifications

• Hs Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database programs.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize messages based on urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provides scheduling and registration support for the clinic.
• Assists with telephonic support, appointment scheduling, and interpreter coordination.
• Verifies and creates registration and insurance information for patients.
• Gathers information, documents requests, and prioritizes messages by urgency.
• Provides back-up front desk coverage and may assist call center when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
