Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or healthcare administration or a BA with substantial healthcare leadership experience.
• 3–5 years leading teams in a large healthcare system preferred.
• Experience with ophthalmology or multi-site clinic operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level operational, financial, and strategic leadership for ophthalmology practice operations.
• Oversee patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and workforce engagement across sites.
• Direct budgeting, revenue cycle, vendor management, and contract oversight.
• Develop staff through training and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, faculty, and administrative leadership to achieve goals.
