The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of scheduling and billing, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Clinical Practice Administrator to optimize financial and operational performance.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with 3 years healthcare admin experience.
• Or high school diploma with 5 years healthcare experience and 3 years progressive admin work.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of the clinical practice under guidance.
• Supervise front desk staff, billers/coders and medical assistants.
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling and billing processes.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and patient satisfaction evaluations.
• Address patient complaints with swift resolutions.
• Assist with financial management and reporting.
• Monitor expenditures and report variances.
• Support reporting to the Clinical Practice Administrator.
