Qualifications

• College graduate with an emphasis on Business Administration.
• Managerial experience, preferably within the health care industry.
• Working knowledge of computers; experience with a fully-integrated medical office software package would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understands, reviews and controls the flow of practice operations.
• Creates and implements goals and objectives for the facility.
• Maintains regulatory standards related to coding, billing, and health/safety regulations.
• Monitors benchmarking, statistics, and financial reporting; recognizes trends and directs changes.
• Initiates cost savings or revenue ideas.
• Coordinates hiring, conducts annual performance evaluations, and manages staff relations.
