The role requires at least 3 years of ophthalmology management and 10 years healthcare experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, with relocation to Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience within Ophthalmology required.
• 10 years of healthcare experience is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Technologically savvy, with Microsoft Suite and Electronic Healthcare Record Systems.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality care and patient experience.
• Oversees day-to-day operations: physician schedules, patient experience, staffing.
• Manages monthly expenditures and develops process for timely collections and payments.
• Develops, mentors, and coaches high performing staff members.
• Manages budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management.
• Cultivates relationships with external partners, insurance providers, and vendors.
