Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in a medical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and in clinic.
• Verify insurance and manage appointment schedules.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.
• Collect co-pays and balances; confirm eligibility.
• Maintain reception area and assist staff as needed.
• Handle patient communications with professionalism and discretion.
