Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support ophthalmology provider offices throughout the reimbursement cycle and ensure patient access to Regeneron products. You will educate offices on coverage, coding, and payer requirements while building strong relationships with MDs, staff, and payers.

The role requires 5–8 years of pharma/biotech experience with reimbursement expertise, travel up to 70%, and the ability to navigate payer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• 5-8 years pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience with 3-5 years healthcare coverage/reimbursement.
• Experience with billing/claims in physician offices, hospitals or ASC/HOPD.
• Familiar with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes and DRG coverage.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that build reimbursement confidence with customers and support patient access.
• Educate accounts on support services to ensure patient access and track impact.
• Collaborate with Regeneron colleagues to educate physician offices on coverage and coding.
• Guide healthcare professionals in resolving reimbursement issues following Regeneron policies.
• Anticipate customer needs and market changes, and manage territory effectively.
• Proactively update accounts on reimbursement requirements and payer trends.
