Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Ophthalmology Field team. In Nashville, you will support physician offices through the reimbursement cycle, educate on coverage and coding, and partner with Regeneron colleagues to optimize patient access to Regeneron products.

The role requires strong knowledge of payer policies, CPT/HCPCS, and Medicare/Medicaid processes, with 50-70% travel. This is a remote role supporting the Nashville region and surrounding accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5-8 years' pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience with 3-5 years in healthcare coverage, coding or reimbursement.
• Experience with billing and medical claims in diverse healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that build reimbursement confidence with customers (MDs and staff).
• Educate accounts on support services to ensure patient access and monitor impact of services.
• Collaborate with Regeneron colleagues to educate offices on coverage/coding and patient access.
• Guide healthcare professionals in resolving reimbursement issues following Regeneron policies.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt to market changes and challenges.
• Demonstrate proactive planning and time management for FRM Territory coverage.
• Establish positive relationships with accounts and manage product concerns.
• Provide updates on reimbursement requirements, payer trends, and policy changes using approved materials.
