Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Ophthalmology Field team in the United States. You will support physician offices through all facets of the reimbursement cycle and collaborate with Regeneron colleagues to educate on coverage and coding for Regeneron products to enhance patient access.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, strong communication with providers, and travel within a designated FRM Territory.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience, including minimum of 3-5 years healthcare coverage, coding and/or reimbursement experience.
• Previous experience working with billing and medical claims personnel in various health care settings.
• Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes and DRG, coverage.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and understand payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that build reimbursement confidence with customers and support patient access.
• Educate accounts on support services to ensure patient access and monitor impact of services.
• Educate physician offices on coverage/coding of Regeneron products and support patient access to care.
• Guide healthcare professionals in resolving reimbursement issues following Regeneron policies.
