Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health or related field.
3 years progressive experience in healthcare or participation in UTSW Administrative Fellowship program.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff at a single-site clinic to meet institutional standards and provide feedback and coaching.
Maintain high levels of customer service, develop staff, conduct patient satisfaction surveys, and orient/train staff on clinic processes.
Organize and direct operational processes: access to care, scheduling, billing, HIPAA compliance.
Monitor clinical processes and ensure compliance with nursing policies, safety goals, Joint Commission standards, PQRI and performance measures.
Ensure financial performance: budgeting, charges, collections, and auditing; support internal controls.
Maintain patient confidentiality and design robust internal controls to safeguard assets and data.
Collaborate with Medical Director to optimize EMR workflows, monitor clinic metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
