Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic staff, both administrative and clinical.
• Monitor patient flow and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate care between divisions and satellite offices.
• Act as patient advocate to resolve questions and complaints.
• Work with Billing to resolve complex billing issues.
• Oversee registration, scheduling, insurance verification and copay collection.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop staff.
• Ensure staff are equipped with tools and resources.
• Conduct merit reviews with input from Medical Director and faculty.
• Lead regular staff meetings and communicate clinic policies.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Orient new physicians/residents to clinic processes.
• Manage clinical schedules and rotation schedules in software.
