Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a satellite dermatology clinic.
• Establish policies with administrative and physician leadership.
• Forecast staffing and training needs; supervise staff performance.
• Serve as EMR super-user (EPIC) and coordinate process improvements.
• Monitor quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and clinic metrics.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and HR relations with HR partners.
