Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years related experience, including lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coordinate clinical operations and resolve scheduling issues.
• Experience interacting with patients, physicians and third-party carriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations of the Dermatology clinic.
• Supervise and assist clinic staff and mentor day-to-day operations.
• Organize staff meetings and lead process improvements with the Medical Director.
• Schedule patients, verify pre-certifications, and manage insurance discussions.
• Prepare clinic statistics, budgets, and reports.
