Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tests such as Visual Acuity, OCT, IOL Master, Autorefraction, Auto Lensometry, Tonometer, Visual Fields, Topography.
• Answer phones and provide excellent patient service.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize patient flow.
• Collaborate with team and work independently.
• Travel to satellite offices as scheduled.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Notify technicians when patients arrive to maintain smooth flow.
• Handle calls professionally and reflect patient-care focus.
• Manage appointment calendar and patient demographics in EHR.
• Verify insurance information and eligibility.
