Qualifications

• Friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable with a strong patient-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Experience in ophthalmology is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic tests and assist with patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient flow.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
• Travel to satellite offices 2–4 times per month.
• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and verify insurance information.
