MRG Exams is seeking a board-certified ophthalmologist to join our Independent Medical Evaluations team in Ohio. This role focuses on high-quality IME/PPIR work within BWC guidelines, with support from a back-end team.

Travel as needed is expected, and you will prepare clear, timely reports while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional integrity in every interaction. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact disability evaluations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Board-certified ophthalmologist with MD or DO.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio or a neighboring state.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience with IME/impairment rating exams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations per Ohio BWC guidelines.
• Perform PPIR ratings using AMA 5th Edition.
• Document findings and deliver reports on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
