Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC/pharma/medical devices preferred.
• Eyecare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior.
• Proven ability to manage territory, build relationships, and drive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Territory execution: achieve/exceed sales goals, conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education.
• Customer engagement: build consultative relationships, deliver demonstrations, and train staff.
• Business planning: manage routing, call planning, and territory segmentation; analyze data for opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with Regional Sales Manager and marketing teams; support campaigns and initiatives.
• Operational excellence: maintain compliance, manage travel budget, and participate in trainings.
