EyeCare Partners is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (Ophthalmic Technician) for our Millburn, NJ location with travel to Somerset as needed. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, assisting ophthalmologists, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on patient care experience is required.
• Eyecare experience is preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Favorable background check.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Anticipate physician needs to optimize appointment times.
• Record patient medical history and medications accurately.
• Document data in the EMR during visits.
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain room cleanliness and prepare patients for treatments.
