Ophthalmic TechnicianAt Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life.We have an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Ophthalmic technician.The ophthalmic technicians work closely with ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Candidates should be ready to work both independently and as a member of a team, accept responsibility for assigned patient care and be able to perform responsibilities in a friendly and efficient manner.Responsibilities include:-Taking patient medical and ocular histories-Performing patient workups-Diagnostic testingExperience is required.Ideal candidates would be skilled in:-Retinoscopy-Manual refraction-Applanation A-scan-Manual keratometry-Tonometry-Performing OCT and VF testingDaytime travel required.
