Job summary

ClearSight Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an Experienced Full-time CST Surgery Ophthalmic Technician to join our Surgery team. You will perform Lens Replacement, Cataract Surgery, and Laser Vision Correction procedures such as SMILE, LASIK, and PRK.

Experience in this setting is required and you will be trained across pre-op/post-op tasks and laser tech. You must be confident, reliable, and capable of fast data entry, multi-tasking, and working well with others.

Qualifications

• Experience in ophthalmic surgery is required.
• CST Certification is required.
• You will be trained as Pre-op and Post-op Tech, Laser Tech, Medical Assistant, and in all areas of surgery.
• Excellent in-person communication skills are required.
• Good computer and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to stand all day and work on your feet.
• Able to learn quickly and become expert in running diagnostic devices and lasers.
• Must be quick, accurate, and able to take direction and correction.
• Experience or education in sterile technique is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lens replacement, cataract surgery, and LASIK-related procedures.
• Run diagnostic devices and operate lasers as part of procedures.
• Support postoperative care and patient instruction.
• Maintain sterile technique and data entry for patient records.
• Collaborate with surgeons and team to ensure smooth operations.
