Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible to be certified through the NBSTSA.
• Excellent communicator able to build relationships quickly with surgeons and teams.
• Self-assured and able to thrive in high-pressure environments with professionalism.
• Organized and detail-oriented; manage equipment and administrative tasks for the territory.
• Ophthalmic OR experience is a plus but not required.
