Qualifications

• Completion of a medical scribe training program or prior scribe experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical practice management and electronic medical record software.

Responsibilities

• Capture medical history, chief complaints, examination findings, and treatment plans.
• Review documentation for inconsistencies, missing information, and proper coding.
