Florida Eye Specialists in Jacksonville seeks a Billing Representative with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to join our team. You will manage medical billing tasks and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities include surgical verifications, handling inquiries, posting surgery claims, obtaining authorizations and updating patient notes, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPC, and ICD-10 codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; HIPAA compliance.
