Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination is required.
• Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and grow in the practice.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and patients.
• Commitment to working over 40 hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify patients' medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter.
• Maintain EMR data accuracy and documentation.
