Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Proficient in use of internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist with specialized eye exam testing and patient flow.
• Perform diagnostic testing such as Visual Aids, OCT, Corneal topography.
• Provide phone support for prescription refills as authorized by physician.
• Educate patients on medication administration and pre/post-operative instructions.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Assist with opening and closing duties; perform other duties as assigned.
