Wayne Health is seeking an Imaging and Testing Supervisor to lead the Ophthalmic Imaging & Testing department in Detroit and surrounding locations. You will manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to standards of care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with ophthalmic certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ophthalmic imaging experience required.
• 2+ years in a supervisor role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Imaging and Testing Department staff and operations.
• Directly supervise Photographers, Diagnostic Testing Specialists, and Sonographers.
• Handle hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
