Qualifikationen

• Must have a NY Apprentice permit to practice and copy on file with HR
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures
• Ability to work onsite and interact with customers and colleagues
• Experience: 1–3 months related training or work experience

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection and dispensing
• Provide product information on frames, lenses, and services
• Explain benefits/charges related to third‑party insurance and options
• Ensure accurate patient pricing and proper prescriptions with lab and optometrist
• Maintain a clean dispensing area and comply with HIPAA and privacy policies
• Fulfill duties to meet minimum departmental goals and participate in training
