Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Digital Field Service Engineer to serve as the technical expert for connected ophthalmic equipment and digital solutions.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot networked devices, support cybersecurity and remote monitoring, partner with customer IT teams, train users, and assist with product launches and software updates to maximize uptime and patient care. Travel within GA, AL, TN may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant field service experience.
• Fluency in English.
