Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Excellent patient communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service in person or by phone.
• Greet patients promptly and maintain a professional attitude.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies; manage patient data in EMR.
• Perform initial testing and operate ophthalmic equipment.
• Record medical history and current medications.
